Supporting Youth Training in Agricultural and Mechanical Skills

IBS Foundation proudly supported training and certification for students in mechanical skills, planting techniques, and agricultural machinery—empowering youth and boosting Somalia’s productive sectors.

We are proud to have participated in the successful training and certification program for young Somali students who completed courses in Mechanical Skills, Time & Planting Techniques, and Agricultural Machinery.

This impactful initiative was jointly organized by IBS Bank, Geology Agro Business Enterprise, CNH Industrial, and UNIDO Somalia. The program aimed to equip youth with hands-on technical knowledge and practical skills that contribute directly to Somalia’s agricultural productivity and industrial development.

At IBS Foundation, we remain committed to empowering young people through education and skill-building—particularly in vital sectors like agriculture and agribusiness, which play a crucial role in the country’s economic growth and food security.

By supporting such partnerships and programs, we help pave the way for a generation of skilled professionals who can lead Somalia toward a more sustainable and prosperous future.
